How rewards work
Rewards follow a clear lifecycle. Crucially, a reward is never granted just because you clicked through — it must be an eligible, completed booking, and it can be reversed if that booking is cancelled or refunded.

You continued to a partner. Nothing is earned yet.Pending
A booking was detected and is within the partner’s validation window.Confirmed
The partner confirmed the completed booking as eligible.Available
The reward has cleared and can be redeemed.Redeemed
You used the reward.Reversed
The booking was cancelled or refunded, so the reward was removed.Expired
The reward passed its validity period unused.Reward rates, eligibility and validity periods are configurable and disclosed in the Club terms before launch.
