This policy explains how Shawn Inc B.V. (“STWAN Travel”, “we”) processes personal data when you use stwantravel.com. We are a comparison and referral service; when you continue to a partner to book, that partner becomes an independent controller of the data you provide to them.
Data we process
We aim to collect as little as possible:
- Search inputs (routes, dates, travellers) needed to return results.
- Anonymous, consented analytics about how the site is used.
- Account data if you create an account (name, email, preferences).
- Consent records (which cookie categories you allowed, and when).
Legal bases
We rely on: performance of a contract (providing search and account features), legitimate interest (securing and improving the service), and consent (analytics, marketing/affiliate attribution, and any non-essential cookies). You can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings”.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. When you choose to continue to a partner, you are handed off to that provider and their privacy policy applies. We use processors (hosting, analytics) under data-processing agreements.
Your rights

Retention
Search and analytics data are kept only as long as needed for the purpose and then aggregated or deleted. Account data is kept until you delete your account.
