What STWAN Travel is
STWAN Travel is a travel comparison and referral service. We do not sell flights, hotels, cars or activities ourselves. Bookings are made with, and fulfilled by, the third-party provider shown on each offer, under that provider’s terms.
No booking is formed with us
A search, saved result or price shown on STWAN Travel is not a confirmed booking and creates no contract for travel with us. Your contract for the travel service is with the provider at the point you complete the booking on their platform.
Accuracy of information
Prices and availability come from partners and can be live, cached or indicative. We take care to present them faithfully but cannot guarantee they are error-free; the provider confirms the final price and terms at booking.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, scrape it at scale, or attempt to disrupt it. Accounts must not be shared or used fraudulently.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts, omissions, prices or availability of third-party providers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
