Cancellations are handled by the provider
Because your booking is made with the provider, cancellation, change and refund rights are set by that provider’s policy and by applicable passenger/consumer law. Review the provider’s terms before you book.
Our role
We can point you to the right provider and, where a feature is provider-backed (for example an airline-backed fare hold), we explain its exact terms on the offer. STWAN Travel does not itself hold your money for travel services.
